Paint Your Own Sacred Drum Day -
Join me for this special, one of a kind workshop where we will paint and embellish our drums to create a truly personal and sacred medicine instrument.

This workshop is suitable for ALL levels of artistic ability.

We will spend the day in a sacred space, drumming, connecting, creating and celebrating.

In the morning we will journey to meet the spirit of our drums, and discover any images, symbols, ideas which come through. We will seek to connect with animal totems, elemental spirits and deity to find which design suits your own drum.

Before we paint we will sketch out our ideas and connect deeper with our drums.

If you are worried about drawing there will be a few of my pre drawn designs/patterns available to trace onto your drum and to decorate in your own style.

We will paint using quality fast drying paints and Glastonbury's sacred spring waters to aid our work. These drums will be fully playable when they are dry.

There will also be feathers, ribbons, charms, herbs and other decorative and magical materials available for you to personalise your drum.

All paints and materials provided tea, coffee and biscuits also included.

Please note the drum is not included in the cost of this workshop. If you would like to purchase a drum beforehand I can share links for you to purchase your own or I can source remo (synthetic/vegan) drums and some high quality skin drums for you if you would prefer.

At the end of the day we will celebrate in ceremony the magical totem drum you have created and set intentions for how you would like to work and journey with it.
