By booking a tarot reading with me, you acknowledge and agree that I am not a licensed medical professional, attorney, or financial advisor. Tarot readings are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Readings are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. You have free will and are solely responsible for your own life choices, decisions, and actions. I will not be held liable for any damages or decisions made based on this reading. All clients must be 18 years of age or older.

*All Readings are strictly private & and confidential. I will not share your readings or details with others.
I am committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). I will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Providing me with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit my ability to provide you with my products or services.

* I will do my utmost to provide helpful, clear and insightful guidance.

*Recordings of Readings can be provided at the client's request; they will be emailed to you in MP3 format.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If, for whatever reason, I am unable to complete your reading, because of illness or personal reasons, I will offer you another mutually convenient session or a full refund.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule you with adequate notice. I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Failure to give at least 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of your appointment fee. Late cancellations will not be rebooked until full payment has been received.

Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual Tarot reading has not been performed. The Reader (Laura Daligan) is not responsible for the client's emotional and/or mental reaction to the reading.

1. Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will notify you of its status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, with funds credited based on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from any issued refund.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishables, intimate goods, sale items, and digital products, cannot be returned.
