Imbolc is one of my favourite seasonal festivals, and also the most *needed* festival. The lights of the solstice seem far away, and the grey winter days (here in the UK) maybe wearing a little thin. 
The electric blue spark of a fresh winter's day, the beautiful sight of a snowdrop in the ground and the bright, healing presence of Brighid's flame remind us that LIFE is RETURNING. Seeds are taking root, and hope dances in the air... 
Imbolc is here, time to slowly, gently unfurl and tend our own fires...

MESSAGE FROM BRIGHID/BRIDE: A personal message from the Goddess Brighid to heal and help you through the season.
 
Brighid is a Celtic Goddess of Healing, Poetry and of the creative Forge. She is the maiden of new light and life, who helps us to tend, heal and create from the heart.
Her name mean 'exalted one' and it is thought (and believed by me) that Britain is named after her.
